At Barbers Property Maintenance, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. We work closely with each client to ensure their vision so their property becomes a reality. 


Yes, we are licenced and insured to protect both our employees and our clients.


Seasonal Contracts are based off an average of 18 weekly cuts and an average of 18 snow events for residential clients.

We do not offer bi-weekly lawn service or on call snowplowing service.


Yes we do. The All In One package includes:

Spring and fall yard clean ups, aerations, overseeding and fertilizing

Hedge, tree and bush trimmings,

Weekly lawn mowing,

Monthly garden weeding and,

Snow services


Lawn mowing will be cut at 2.75" in the spring and fall. The summer months will be cut at 3.5". We strive to keep your lawn green, alive and thick. We also edge walkways, gardens and blow away clippings.


Snow services will be dispatched at a 2 inch trigger. It is still up to the homeowner to maintain their property in-between services


Most services are based of a Square Footage Pricing system


Yes. We offer 15% off to seniors and disabled individuals. We also offer a referral program.


We currently offer our seasonal services to the Whitefish, Naughton, Lively, Copper Cliff, Chelmsford and Azilda communities.


Bigger landscaping and asphalt jobs are offered to the Greater Sudbury Area.
